Description BlueHalo, an AV company, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Intern to support our team for a short-term, project-based internship for a total of 6 to 8 weeks. This role is ideal for students interested in operations, supply chain, or project management who want hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. Work hours can be flexible to accommodate the fall semester schedule, for a total of 20 to 40 hours a week. Key Responsibilities Receive and track incoming shipments of project materials Catalog and organize supplies in alignment with project needs Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation Support logistics team members in coordinating material distribution Ensure storage areas are organized, efficient, and compliant with safety standards Assist with other project-related tasks as needed Qualifications Current student or recent graduate Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Comfortable handling physical materials and organizing storage spaces Ability to lift 50 pounds Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
