About the Role: The Electronic Funds team is behind the money movement of Connexus Credit Union. Through ACH (Automated Clearing House), Wires, and internal transfer option requests, we can move your money for payments, deposits, and withdrawals. Specialize in processing of all incoming and outgoing Automated Clearing House (ACH) files through the day, along with handling file-related exceptions and returns. Work a variety of specialty requests related to ACH transactions such as reclamations, and letters of indemnification. Properly identify when an ACH Rules Violation or Notification of Change should be processed and sent. Timely and efficient handling of all ACH error resolution requests in accordance with Regulation E and Nacha Operating Rules. Complete required outbound/inbound call requests with members and internal staff. Assist members in completing Docusign forms as needed, along with assisting the frontline staff with in-branch form completion and verifying all required information is sent along with the request. Effectively communicate with internal departments as needed. Complete assigned monthly procedure reviews to ensure procedures are correct and following Federal guidelines and regulations. Utilize AAP certification for the advancement of the Credit Union as it applies with all other job responsibilities once obtained.
Position Requirements:
This position is Remote. Associate's Degree or commensurate experience is Required. 3+ years of work experience demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail is Required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Evidence of good organization skills, and the ability to prioritize to meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Requires proficient skills to use Microsoft Suite applications, and ability to adapt to job-specific technologies. Ability to analyze job functions and identify potential efficiencies. Demonstrated ability to be a team player, with willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
