Job Opening: Intake & Triage Specialist (Remote, 3-Month Contract) Workplace Type: 100% Remote (Equipment Provided) Worksite Location: 2250 Perimeter Park Drive, Morrisville, NC 27560, USA Compensation: $16/hour Duration: 3-Month Contract Only *** Job Description:* We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Intake & Triage Specialist to join our remote team for a limited 3-month engagement. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely processing of patient referrals and service requests. Key Responsibilities: * Review incoming forms for completeness and follow up with stakeholders to gather missing information * Accurately capture program-specific requirements into CRM systems * Process forms and requests in alignment with program timelines and guidelines * Create new patient profiles or link referrals to existing records * Assess service needs based on form content and apply appropriate business rules * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently * Maintain strict confidentiality of patient and proprietary information Ideal Candidate: * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Experience with CRM systems and healthcare documentation preferred * Excellent communication and follow-up abilities * Ability to work independently in a remote setting * Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data integrity * Comfortable with short-term contract work Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
