*3-Month Contract)* *Workplace Type:* 100% Remote (Equipment Provided) *Worksite Location:* 2250 Perimeter Park Drive, Morrisville, NC 27560, USA *Compensation:* $16/hour *Duration:* 3-Month Contract Only *** Job Description:* We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Intake & Triage Specialist to join our remote team for a limited 3-month engagement. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely processing of patient referrals and service requests. *Key Responsibilities:* * Review incoming forms for completeness and follow up with stakeholders to gather missing information * Accurately capture program-specific requirements into CRM systems * Process forms and requests in alignment with program timelines and guidelines * Create new patient profiles or link referrals to existing records * Assess service needs based on form content and apply appropriate business rules * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently * Maintain strict confidentiality of patient and proprietary information *Ideal Candidate:* * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Experience with CRM systems and healthcare documentation preferred * Excellent communication and follow-up abilities * Ability to work independently in a remote setting * Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data integrity * Comfortable with short-term contract work *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
