Description TEK is currently looking for a Low Voltage Superintendent to run their healthcare projects throughout the country. This person will be responsible for all aspects of the Low Voltage installation in hospitals to include managing budges, timelines, trade contractors, man power, materials, forecasting, man power and anything that may be needed to get the job done. Aptitude would like this person to work in Clarksville with the team to get up to speed and will then be moving into the field on their own. This is a new group and division for the company and they plan on growing their healthcare installation division. This person would be the first hire into this group. This is going to be heavy travel, so will need someone that doesn't mind being on the road for long periods of time. This would be a traveling position with the first job being in Virginia starting around Mid November. It would be helpful to find a local TN person that we could onboard at LG or one of our other projects local before sending to the VA project. Not required though a.Superintendents must be strong in leadership. We want someone not afraid to speak up and is respectful. (No hot heads or old school superintendents) We need to work with our Trade Partners to help them be success. b.Would work with Trade Partners (Subs) to help coordinate c.Strong understanding of Scheduling and understanding of Pull Plans. d.Nashville Superintendents will jump in and put on a tool belt to help if necessary. Not what we strive to do, but occasionally we all do. A person that says "Not my job" will not be our guy. Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $60.00/hr.
