The Senior Manager, Market Access Advanced Analytics will play a central role within the Epilepsy and Movement Disorders (EMD) Analytics & Insights team. The candidate will leverage data science and advanced analytics techniques to generate insights and actions across the entire patient journey. This individual will be able to demonstrate deep business acumen by selecting the right analytical frameworks to uncover opportunities and guide brand strategy, access tactics, and operational execution. The Senior Manager will leverage advanced analytics-including machine learning, predictive modeling, and marketing mix approaches-to transform complex, multi-source data into actionable recommendations that improve patient access, optimize investment, and elevate brand performance. Candidate will work with and lead the development of advanced analytic (AL / AI Models) on complex data (e.g., specialty pharmacy/hub, co-pay, payer / PBM, field reimbursement interactions) joined with secondary data sets (e.g., claims) and authorized customer data (e.g., web, mobile interactions) to highlight and present actionable insights, model/predict outcomes for patients, and inform business performance. Individual will be responsible for leading ROI and Marketing Mix modeling on tactical initiatives across the brand.Individual will be a strategic partner to key internal stakeholders which include Marketing, Patient Services, Channel and Contract Operations, Market Access Marketing, Forecasting, Field Analytics, Omnichannel, and Data Strategy.

Essential Functions

  • Own the full analytics lifecycle: from framing business problems to executing analytical solutions and delivering recommendations that drive measurable outcomes across the commercial value chain.

  • Act as a strategic thought partner with key stakeholders across Marketing, Patient Services, and Market Access to translate analytical insights into impactful business decisions and targeted execution plans.

  • Lead analytical efforts to continuously improve patient experience of the EMD Franchise, including formulary coverage, compliance, and persistency.

  • Deliver analytics joining managed care (patient services, distribution, etc.) with secondary customer data to inform Market Access strategies and tactics.

  • Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor payer performance, formulary access, and key reimbursement metrics. Lead content creation for Market Access topics in various performance reports and deliverables. Identify opportunities to automate recurring analyses via PowerBI, reporting, and data integration for faster, more efficient insights.

  • Analyze key metrics and market access customer engagement data to provide data-driven recommendations to proactively drive Market Access performances and improve investment decisions.

  • Lead annual Marketing Mix analysis and other key tactical ROI measurement plans.

  • Effectively present and communicate findings and insights to cross-functional stakeholders. Partner with the brand team to inform key decision making around the appropriate level of support and/or interventions being in place to drive patient conversion and persistence. Engage and support all team members in formal presentations, informal discussions, and workshops to help drive insight-based decisions

  • Effectively manage multiple projects, deliverables, and vendor partners and show discipline in project execution and management.

  • Ensure alignment between Marketing, Market Access, US Business Operations and Analytics, and IS when gathering, prioritizing, delivering, and maintaining data and technology investments.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • BA or BS degree required. Concentration in Quantitative discipline (statistics, computer science, data science, mathematics), Life Sciences or Business, and/or MBA preferred.

  • Experience in market access / managed care and related data including specialty pharmacy, claims, formulary, and hub services information.

  • Experience and familiarity with market access related primary research.

  • A proven analytics leader who balances technical rigor with business relevance to inform growth strategies and optimize commercial initiatives.

  • Experience in visualization techniques including PowerBI and Tableau.

  • Strong project management experience preferred (i.e., strategic planning, stakeholder management, change management, budget management, and influencing decision making).

  • Excellent collaboration and communications (verbal and written) skills required.

  • Track record of being a collaborative team player, working in a fast-paced environment and adaptive to meeting the needs of a growing business.

  • 7+ years of relevant industry experience.

Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices and we strive to provide employees with total compensation packages that are market competitive. For this role, the full and complete base pay range is: $140,000.00 - $210,000.00

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, and other pertinent factors. The goal is to ensure fair and competitive compensation aligned with the candidate's expertise and contributions, within the established pay framework and our Total Compensation philosophy. Internal equity considerations will also influence individual base pay decisions. This range will be reviewed on a regular basis.

At Jazz, your base pay is only one part of your total compensation package. The successful candidate may also be eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation (depending on the role), in accordance with the terms of the Company's Global Cash Bonus Plan or Incentive Compensation Plan, as well as discretionary equity grants in accordance with Jazz's Long Term Equity Incentive Plan.
