We are looking for a Director of Architecture & Governance who is passionate about leveraging technology innovation for mission-critical AI, automation, applications, and workflow orchestration. The Director will lead a team of architects, solution engineers, and governance management professionals to deliver on appropriate technology solutions for Enterprise Operations via the definition of higher-level functional and non-functional requirements, analysis of technical trade-offs, determination of the major components and subsystems, and definition of the interfaces and collaborations between them. In close partnership with Enterprise IT, this role will be responsible for ensuring solutions implemented by the Digital Enablement team align with corporate IT long-term plans, are robust/redundant, and allow for future flexibility. This role will also own responsibility to create and implement a technology governance structure that aligns with Lumen overall, ensures system/solution security, and resolves compliance gaps quickly. We are looking for both leadership experience and extensive hands-on architecture/development experience at a master level, with the desire and ability to be at the forefront of technology, coach more junior team members, and solve complex issues.
