Primary Responsibilities:



  • Map workflows and identify automation opportunities
  • Manage the automation pipeline
  • Create client-facing analysis and visualizations
  • Develop current and future state flows for PDD
  • Report progress, risks, and results to leadership
  • Serve as facilitator in daily stand-ups
  • Track progress and update requirements

Required Qualifications:



  • Experience in workflow mapping and process automation, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and translate business processes into scalable automation solutions
  • Familiarity with bot performance metrics and monitoring, including tracking utilization, success rates, exception handling, and continuous improvement opportunities
  • Proficiency in Power BI, including building interactive dashboards, creating data models, and delivering actionable business intelligence
  • Proven solid analytical and data visualization skills, with a focus on uncovering insights and trends to support decision-making and continuous improvement



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience with automation technologies and platforms, such as Automation Anywhere, Power BI, or Power Automate, with a focus on designing, deploying, and optimizing automated workflows to enhance operational efficiency
  • Industry experience in healthcare or similarly complex, regulated environments, with an understanding of operational workflows and compliance considerations
  • Background in engineering or technical disciplines, offering a solid foundation in systems analysis, logic, and structured problem-solving

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
