Responsibilities: - Team Leadership & Supervision: - Direct and manage a team of [Insert Number] employees. - Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure adherence to work schedules and production goals. - Coach and mentor team members to promote professional growth and development. - Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, performance metrics, and address concerns. - Operational Efficiency: - Ensure efficient utilization of resources to meet production deadlines. - Identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with the team to implement solutions. - Troubleshoot operational issues and resolve them in a timely manner. - Safety & Compliance: - Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all employees follow proper safety procedures. - Conduct safety training and maintain a safe working environment in compliance with company policies. - Monitor compliance with quality and regulatory standards to ensure products meet FXI's specifications. - Performance Monitoring: - Track team performance metrics and generate reports for management. - Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery deadlines are met. - Address performance issues and recommend corrective actions when necessary. - Communication & Coordination: - Act as a primary point of contact between team members and upper management. - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth interdepartmental workflows. - Handle team conflict resolution and promote a positive work environment. Qualifiations: - High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred). - 3-5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment. - Strong knowledge of operational workflows and production processes. - Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. - Ability to motivate a team and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance regulations. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with relevant production software. Working Conditions: - Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, chemicals, and fluctuating temperatures. - Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds as required. |
