Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Privacy Manager to lead and enhance JHHP's privacy program, ensuring compliance with privacy laws, regulations, and internal policies. The role is focused on our health plans. The Privacy Manager will support the Executive Director, Compliance & Regulatory Affairs in strategic planning, reporting, and implementation of enterprise-wide privacy initiatives. The program manager is responsible for the overall integrity and coherence of the program in a Functional Unit and will develop and maintain the program environment to support all projects within the program. The program manager is responsible for the effective co-ordination of the program's projects and management of their inter-dependencies including oversight of any risks and issues arising. This will include the co-ordination of the new capability for the business to enable effective change and realization of projected benefits. The program manager is crucial for creating and maintaining focus, enthusiasm and momentum in the program(s) and will provide leadership and manage multiple projects related to performance improvement in the program within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost to deliver the specified requirements, which will include, but not be limited to: a) project planning initiatives that seek to improve quality and reduce the cost of care and maintaining associated timelines and accountabilities; b) serving as the point of contact between the program and individual participants to facilitate communication, coordinate activities, or to gather, distribute or provide access to data; c) supporting the program efforts aimed at optimizing documentation and risk adjustment; d) helping to coordinate the program activities between the evidence-based practices core, quality improvement, information technology, and analytic teams; e) assisting with meeting/committee preparation, coordination, and sharing summaries. Education: Bachelor's degree required, with a concentration in Business Management preferred. Master's Degree in a related field is a plus. Skills:

Salary Range: Minimum 37.04/hour - Maximum 61.16/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
