About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder-Fabricator to join our team in Hattiesburg. This position plays a key role in the production of commercial air handling units, requiring precision, teamwork, and a commitment to quality and safety. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welding and fabrication tasks according to specifications and blueprints
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of production assignments
• Maintain high standards of quality and safety throughout the fabrication process
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Keep work areas clean and organized in accordance with 5S and housekeeping standards
• Participate in safety audits and adhere to all PPE and safety protocols

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proficient in reading tape measures and interpreting technical drawings
• Strong understanding of welding techniques and fabrication processes
• Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, especially with air handling units, is a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Regular use of hands for handling tools and materials
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, or crouch as needed
• Visual acuity for close work and focus adjustments
