Sr. BIM Operator

Develops models, drawings, and visualizations of construction projects, new or existing, using BIM software tools.

Responsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting the Everus 4EVER Strategy.

• Five years of increasingly responsible experience in electrical design.

• Ability to read, analyze, understand, and interpret design and construction documents.
• Understanding of electrical systems.
• Utilize BIM to increase the team's understanding of problems and solutions and assist the construction and field team in solving issues throughout the project.
• Integrate design markups, schedules, and master details into BIM models.
• Works alongside Project Managers and other stakeholders to integrate BIM design to meet project standards.
• BIM coordination and preparation of filed drawings and reports.
• Ability to use Revit to develop, manage and coordinate BIM models in alignment with project standards.
• Identifies and resolves design inconsistencies to enhance model quality and project efficiency.
• Prepares and reviews BIM documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance within standards and regulations.
• Complies, analyzes, and documents information and data from models to support project planning, budgeting, and procurement.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Background check, credit check, MVR and drug screen may be required (will vary by position).
• Must have experience with Revit software.
• Position is located in Las Vegas, NV. Work from home will not be considered.
