Job Summary
The Director of Strategy & Growth is a key leader responsible for driving market growth, strategic planning, business development, and service line advancement for Prevea Health. This role focuses on identifying and seizing growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships, enhancing market positioning, and overseeing key outreach and telemedicine strategies that serve as growth enablers.

What you will do



  • Strategic Planning & Market Development: Collaborates with service line leadership and operational partners in leading the development of service line growth plans, with a focus on expanding patient access, care coordination and geographic reach. Conduct market assessments, competitive analysis, and scenario planning to inform strategic decisions and uncover growth opportunities. Supports Prevea's SVP/CSO in the development of short- and long-range strategic planning for Prevea Health.
  • Business Development & Partnership Growth: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including geographic expansion and strategic partnership opportunities. Support the development of strategic partnerships with employers, physician practices, health systems, and community organizations, including oversight of the RFP creation and coordination process where applicable. Serve as an external ambassador for Prevea Health, enhancing visibility and building strategic relationships that advance growth objectives. Guide strategies to expand telemedicine services, employer solutions, and access to care.
  • Performance Management & Insights: Provide executive-ready insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making. Oversee development and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to growth and partnership success. Evaluate and leverage business intelligence and CRM tools to assess outreach effectiveness, market trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Team Leadership & People Development: Lead and mentor a cross-functional team that supports growth and market development. This includes setting clear expectations, fostering accountability, and building a high-performing team with a collaborative, mission-driven culture.


Education Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field Required
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field Preferred


Experience Qualifications



  • 5-7 years of progressive leadership in healthcare strategy, business development, service line growth, or market expansion. Required
  • 5-7 years Proven track record in developing and executing strategic growth plans and leading market-facing initiatives in a healthcare environment. Required


Skills and Abilities



  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and analytical capability.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience managing high-performing teams and driving complex initiatives to successful outcomes.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and data storytelling abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with CRM and healthcare market intelligence tools desired.
  • Knowledge of ambulatory care delivery, physician group operations, telehealth strategy, and value-based care models preferred.
