With a hybrid work model and opportunities for long-term growth, it's a great place to build your career in recruiting and HR. *Position Summary* We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Coordinator to support full-cycle recruitment efforts and help drive strategic hiring initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with strong project coordination skills, a passion for inclusive hiring, and a detail-oriented mindset. You'll work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience. *Key Responsibilities* * Schedule and coordinate phone, Zoom, and onsite interviews * Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer * Source and attract top talent across various platforms * Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) * Deliver training on interviewing skills and bias mitigation * Ensure inclusive hiring practices throughout recruitment * Represent the company at job fairs and networking events * Support intern and early-career recruitment initiatives * Collaborate across HR functions to align recruitment with broader goals * Enhance the company's recruiting presence on social media *Required Qualifications* * 2-4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR * Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) * Strong organizational and communication skills * Experience with structured interviews and inclusive hiring practices * Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders * High attention to detail and compliance with employment laws Preferred Skills * Experience with UKG and other ATS platforms * Program management and recruitment marketing * Familiarity with community outreach and talent pipeline development *Why This Role? *This position is a backfill for a current contract recruiter and offers the potential to convert to a permanent role after June.
