We're looking for a *Customer Experience Specialist I* who's passionate about helping people and thrives in a fast-paced, engaging environment.
What You'll Do As the first point of contact after a licensed loan officer discussion, you'll be the guiding voice for customers navigating the loan origination process. You'll be the heartbeat of our customer success team-answering questions, solving problems, and making the mortgage journey smooth and stress-free. * Be a *customer champion* in a dynamic call center setting * Handle *inbound/outbound calls and texts* with empathy and precision * Manage a *pipeline of up to 75 loans*-you're the go-to person from start to finish * Respond to *30+ calls per day*, often multiple times per loan * Perform *data entry, validation, and queue monitoring* * Collaborate across departments to *resolve issues and expedite processing* * Escalate complex cases to higher associates or supervisors when needed * Meet production and quality goals while following company policies * Embody our culture and values in every interaction What You Bring We're looking for someone who's not just good on the phone-but great with people. * 1+ year in *financial services* (mortgage experience is a plus!) * Strong *attention to detail* and ability to work independently * Proven success in *high-volume customer contact* roles * Excellent *problem-solving, math, and judgment skills* * Solid *time management* and communication abilities * Comfortable with *Microsoft, Google, and other mainstream tools* * Assessment score of *50+* Why You'll Love It Here This is more than just a job, it's a stepping stone to a meaningful career in mortgage lending. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
