Position Description

As the Paid Media Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of in-house digital marketing specialists to plan, develop, and execute full-funnel digital marketing campaigns for the brand and our products. You will work closely with the Creative, Public Relations, Brand Partnerships, and Integrated Marketing (Analytics and Operations) teams within the Marketing Department to develop holistic media plans to compliment broader product led campaign objectives.

You will also work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Operations, Channel, and Customer Support teams to ensure campaign alignment, and deliver exceptional business outcomes. Your work will be critical to the company's growth, reputation, brand growth, and ability to innovate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business and Marketing goals into actionable media plans with measurable KPIs.
  • Develop media campaign strategies across paid platforms including Google, Meta, Snap, Amazon and many others.
  • Conduct audience segmentation, targeting, and budget forecasting.
  • Build strong relationships with Motorola's key media partners.
  • Recommend media mix, budget allocations, and timing strategies for paid media campaigns.
  • Present plans, rationale, and performance reports to internal stakeholders.
  • Accurately maintain allocated media budgets throughout the fiscal year to ensure campaigns meet business objectives.
  • Stay current on media trends, technologies, and tools to inform planning and innovation.
  • Drive testing roadmap to ensure a successful test and learn strategy with new opportunities at the forefront.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation around campaign processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support partner/ customer media needs.

Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in managing digital media campaigns, product marketing, or related roles.
  • 3+ years of people management experience

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in Consumer Electronics or CPG brands.
  • Experience at (or managing) media/advertising agencies
  • Knowledge of product lifecycle management and commercialization strategies.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Trello).
  • Experience in Global and/or highly matrixed organizations
  • Strong organizational management skills with a proven track record of leading complex, high-visibility campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while also managing detailed execution.
  • Experience with buying multiple digital and traditional media channels like Paid Search, Social Media, Programmatic/Direct Display and Video, Television, Radio, Print, Out of Home (OOH), Brand Partnerships and more.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
The base salary range budgeted for this position is $110,000 - $130,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonuses and/or commissions. Lenovo's various benefits can be found at www.lenovobenefits.com.
