Description and Requirements

As a part of Lenovo SSG (Services Solution Group) the Services Solutions Architect will work as a member of the Offer Management team to guide the application, enhancement, and expansion of Lenovo Services. The role's primary objective is to simplify service selection and application with sales and customers, while providing continual feedback to Offer Managers on enhancements to the Services Portfolio in the area of Configuration and Deployment services. This role requires a dynamic and technical leader who is comfortable and effective at influencing outcomes to ensure the customer needs are met with the right services while minimizing need for customization.

This candidate must have strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate verbally and in writing with stakeholders at all levels with an effective, efficient and responsive style. They will further act as a technology-oriented Services specialist and evangelist, both internally and externally. They must be able to communicate complex value propositions often associated with Services Solutions and assist in impactful promotional messaging.

Further, the candidate will engage on a day-to-day basis with key contacts in multiple functional areas and business units across Lenovo's organization. The role will require problem solving capability and a level of operational knowledge and related business matters to be able to help drive success.

Key Responsibilities:
* Subject matter expert on services solutions, deep understanding of service sales offerings, delivery processes and competitive landscape.
* Provide sales order support, architect services solution proposals that meet customer needs.
* Liaison to the PMO and ensuring orders are understood and engaging in their readiness.
* Escalation assistance related to order selection, architecting solutions and advocating available offers.
* Assisting in order exception assessments, processes and approval of non-standard requests.
* Sales training, launch assistance, enablement support.
* Disposition SOW deals, working with various business units on inclusion of standard offers to fulfill SOW deals where possible.
* Offer standardization feedback to the offer team, communicate trends in what's being requested, suggestions for improvement and help chart the services roadmap
* Develop MFG and delivery fulfilment expertise, understand various workflows & make improvement suggestions.
* Strong analytical, communication and presentation skillset
* Collaborative approach & ability to influence across the organization
* Participate in the development, proofing and presentation of materials for customers, prospects, business partners and channel.

The base salary budgeted range for this position is $150k - 185K. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
