ABOUT THE ROLE Are you ready to be the driving force behind category and brand excellence at Walmart for market-leading brands? We're looking for a strategic thinker and insight-driven leader to become the recognized expert in our categories and brands. In this role, you'll champion growth by delivering fact-based, shopper-centric solutions that benefit the category, the customer, and the broader LSB organization. You'll leverage deep knowledge of shopper behavior, product assortment, pricing, placement, shelving, promotion, and merchandising to shape impactful strategies. As the primary insight provider, you'll collaborate closely with internal partners across Sales, Brand, and Customer Marketing, as well as external stakeholders, to translate insights into marketplace actions. Beyond driving customer success, you'll play a key role in bringing valuable perspectives from customer activities back into the organization-ensuring that learnings are shared and scaled across teams to unlock broader opportunities.
