Overview Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center is an independent, nonprofit organization providing adult cancer treatment and groundbreaking research focused on cancer and infectious diseases. Based in Seattle, Fred Hutch is the only National Cancer Institute-designated cancer center in Washington. Our team of more than 140 Philanthropy staff implement high-performing, relationship-based fundraising programs that engage and inspire thousands of supporters who are passionate about preventing and eliminating cancer and infectious disease. Our FY26 goals include increasing our annual fundraising, deepening our patient family fundraising, and advancing the first phase of our ambitious comprehensive campaign through Fred Hutch's 50th Anniversary. Responsibilities The Executive Assistant to VP, Philanthropy, reports to the Vice President and is part of a five-member team that supports the department's annual and campaign goals. The Executive Assistant to VP, Philanthropy, provides proactive executive level support while maintaining attention to detail, confidentiality, and a high level of customer responsiveness. The Executive Assistant to VP, Philanthropy, will plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload in a fast-paced environment. The position requires sound judgement along with strong organizational and communication skills. The ability to see all the pieces of the puzzle to avoid possible complications is key to the success of this role. Professionalism is critical in all interactions. Some travel and weekend and evening work may be required. This position is a hybrid role with a minimum two days per week at our South Lake Union campus. Primary/Essential Duties

The annual base salary range for this position is from $78,894 to $118,310, and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.
