Tessera is seeking a highly experienced and mission-driven IT Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of information technology operations supporting the Utilities Department and broader infrastructure at the United States Air Force Academy. This role is responsible for managing a multidisciplinary team of technicians and analysts who maintain SCADA, EMCS, fire alarm systems, and cybersecurity protocols. The IT Manager ensures operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and the secure stewardship of both Tessera-managed and government-owned assets. Productivity, workplace safety, customer satisfaction, and team success depend on this leadership role.
