  • Assist with preventative and corrective maintenance on production machinery.
  • Use hand and power tools to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment.
  • Conduct inspections to spot issues before they become problems.
  • Support shop floor cleanliness, safety, and readiness.
  • Collaborate with outside vendors for specialized repairs when needed.

Skills We're Looking For

  • We want someone who can roll up their sleeves and make things work. Key skills include:
  • Proficiency with hand tools and power tools (wrenches, drills, saws, grinders).
  • Ability to handle basic plumbing and electrical repairs.
  • Preventive maintenance know-how (lubricating, checking belts, replacing filters).
  • Comfort reading work orders, manuals, and basic schematics.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear, professional communication with supervisors and team members.

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

  • Experience with machine maintenance (chains, belts, bearings, hydraulics, pneumatics).
  • Ability to safely operate ladders, lifts, and small forklifts.
  • Familiarity with building automation or fire suppression systems.
  • Use of diagnostic tools (multimeters, gauges, infrared thermometers).

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of maintenance experience (industrial/manufacturing environment preferred).
  • Trade school certificate or associate degree in industrial maintenance a plus.
