POSITION SUMMARY:

The Fulfillment Associate I is responsible for fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Your primary duties will include picking items from inventory shelves, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment according to company standards and shipping guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ability to pick, pack, and ship orders using an RF scanner.
  • Oracle AE Order Management and maintaining accurate records throughout all Oracle Responsibilities.
  • Assist in weekly cycle counts in addition to any job functions required by management including sorting product/materials, stacking finished goods and loading trucks.
  • Actively maintain warehouse organization by policing shipping area; removing cardboard from racks and isles; sweeping floors; and swapping broken pallets.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and neat work environment.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

AREAS OF EXPERTISE & SPECIAL SKILLS:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year(s) of experience working in a warehouse/shipping environment
  • General computer skills for emailing, order entry, and record keeping
  • Strong organizational and process driven skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to perform accurately with high quality results
  • Ability for high output and quality performance
  • Experience operating a forklift preferred
