Senior Accounting Manager

Pay Range: $100,000 - $130,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Lead accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end close activities.
• Oversee audit and advisory functions, ensuring compliance with GAAP and corporate policies.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Provide strategic guidance to executive leadership on financial performance and risk management.
• Implement and improve internal controls and process efficiencies.
• Mentor and manage a team of accounting professionals to ensure high performance.

Who You Are:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), CMA, or CGMA required.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in accounting within public or private organizations.
• Experience at a Top 10 accounting firm preferred.
• Strong background in audit, advisory, or corporate accounting.
• Expertise in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and accounting software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
