Regal Rexnord Corporation seeks a Lead SAP Basis Administrator in Grafton, Wisconsin to support SAP and network systems. Conduct SAP installations, upgrades, and maintenance of SAP and SAP-related software products, including S/4 HANA, ECC, CRM, PI, Solution Manager, SAP BW, SAP Data Services, SAP Cloud Connector, and SAP NetWeaver in Linux and Windows environments. Plan, install, configure, design, and maintain SAP Basis systems and HANA administration, including backup/restore methodologies, system upgrades, and system refreshes. Develop and execute system development using Microsoft SQL Server, HANA, Oracle, Microsoft Azure, and AWS services. Build Single Sign-On solutions, including Kerberos, SP Nego, SAML 2.0, SAP Secure Login for on-premises and cloud applications. Perform HANA upgrades, HANA HA/DR replication setups, and Oracle Data Guard setups for DR replication. Design and implement solutions using change management principles and adhere to change management and SQCDP principles. Serve as a subject matter expert in the SAP ecosystem. Ensure that ERP systems are continuously available. Develop contingency plans for disaster recovery, including ITSM processes. Support SOX, internal, and external audits of IT ERP systems. Telecommuting permitted 2 days per week. Annual salary: $111,613 - $182,300/year. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree (employer will accept 3-year or 4-year degree) in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field, plus five years of SAP experience. Must have at least five years of experience in each of the following: 1. Conducting SAP installations, upgrades, and maintenance of SAP and SAP-related software products, including S/4 HANA, ECC, CRM, PI, Solution Manager, SAP BW, SAP Data Services, SAP Cloud Connector, and SAP NetWeaver in Linux and Windows environments; 2. Planning, installing, configuring, designing, and maintaining SAP Basis systems and HANA administration, including backup/restore methodologies, system upgrades, and system refreshes; 3. Building Single Sign-On solutions, including Kerberos, SP Nego, SAML 2.0, SAP Secure Login for on-premises and cloud applications; 4. Performing HANA upgrades, HANA HA/DR replication setups, and Oracle Data Guard setups for DR replication; and 5.
