These are often serious decisions with far reaching consequences, and require sensitivity, tact, and a clear dedication to service. It's about providing clarity and hope. The Physician Account Manager is responsible for driving territory growth and profitability of laboratory sales through providing service and the resolution of issues in support of several sales territories. The Physician Account Manager has close cooperation with Physician Account Executives, which is essential to support the collaborative selling model. This is a field-based sales position. The territory is based in Bellingham, WA but covers as far south as Everett and north to the Canadian border. At target, the compensation is $105,000 - $115,000. This includes a base salary and sales incentive. There is the potential to make higher, as the sales incentive is uncapped at Quest Diagnostics. Base salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained.
