What You Do.



  • Develop an understanding of adult learning principles and practices in the role and routinely and consistently apply those to assist with training documentation and delivery in manufacturing.
  • Assist with implementation of new hire training and cross-training within the manufacturing setting, to include aspects of materials, resources, scheduling and coordination with key stakeholders.
  • Assist with learning dashboard measurements, training progress for the production facility.
  • Develop and revise training materials and content modules for Augmentir, a cutting-edge learning and knowledge resource tool for the production setting.
  • Collaborate with other members of the manufacturing training team to meet specific learning needs and requests for employees
  • Develop strength in communication skills across multiple learning and development stakeholders.


Your Education and Qualifications.



  • Pursuing an associate or bachelor's degree in general business, human resources, organizational leadership, organizational development or other related field, with completion of year one in a two-year college or sophomore year in four-year college/university expected prior to start of internship
  • Passion helping others grow their job knowledge and skills, to a level of proficiency
  • Desire to develop basic skill and subject level mastery of adult learning principles and practices
  • High attention to detail and precision
  • Proficiency, accuracy, and comfort with English language writing skills
  • Strength with strategic and analytical thinking
  • Comfort with learning new technology and apps
  • Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and vehicle required. There is no mass/public transit system to/from corporate housing location to company locations.
