KPMG is seeking a Senior Associate, Advisory Corporate Communications to join our Corporate Affairs organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Execute communications projects, tasks, and deliverables with quality and efficiency to shape advance and protect the firm's reputation and advance strategic priorities within Advisory; utilize AI tools for efficiency and productivity
  • Support the development of communications plans that align with business priorities, serving as a key team player, with the ability to engage with senior corporate affairs and business leaders
  • Create communication materials across multiple channels and formats for both internal and external audiences, including social media, newsletters, podcasts and video. Innovate and explore new channels and approaches to expand the impact and awareness of communication efforts
  • Employ rigorous attention to research and metrics, integrating insights into communications strategies to ensure successful results. Utilize technology and data analytics for informed decision-making
  • Develop and maintain relationships with team members and stakeholders across the business, coordinating communications efforts to ensure consistency and impact across the firm
  • Stay informed of traditional news and social media trends, applying external insights and competitive analysis to enhance communication strategies and case studies
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of three years of recent experience in communications, preferably within an agency or professional services/corporate environment
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Proven ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels, including firm leadership, demonstrating a professional and proactive approach
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities for varied audiences; detail-oriented with creative thinking skills, proficiency in using GenAI tools to enhance tasks and responsibilities
  • Social media experience and creative approaches to video preferred
  • Ability to serve as editor and support campaign coordination; strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines, must be a proactive team player
