Qualifications
VNE, LLC is looking for a Secret Cleared Management and Program Specialist 3 Minimum Qualifications: Education:
Experience:
- Ten (10) years of direct work experience with the use of information technology to develop and/or integrate complex data, to include three (3) of the following five (5) areas: requirements analysis; knowledge analysis; project management procedures for programs; compliance planning and program planning; knowledge of DoD standards and regulations.
- Experience may be achieved simultaneously.
- Secret Level Clearance required.
Additional Qualifications required:
- Must be able to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time, as well as lead and participate in meetings and working groups.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and SharePoint.
- Strong grammar and writing skills, capable of producing polished professional documentation and meeting records.
- Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Must be able to work independently, take initiative, and drive task to completion.
- Must be detail oriented and organized.
- Must be able to work on multiple projects at one time.
Job Description: VNE is seeking a Management and Program Specialist responsible for providing direct project management support with the execution of multiple projects to include administrative support with reports and meeting minutes; maintaining general project and scheduling trackers; and assisting with purchasing actions in support of United States Marine Corps Signals Intelligence programs.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) to create standardized documents, create and track purchases as well as organizing documents and folders in SharePoint.
- Support the development of contractual documentation, e.g., weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Communicate assignment details to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Proactively seek information and collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels and across diverse personalities.
- Prepare detailed and accurate meeting minutes that capture key discussions, decisions, and action items.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and transition fluidly between tasks.
- Serve as point of contact with vendors, supporting purchasing actions and ensuring timely coordination with suppliers.
Essential Duties of the Job:
- Ability to communicate task requirement information to client in a clear and concise manner.

- Must be able to attend work each day, during scheduled hours, unless on travel or approved time off.
