Requisition Number: 102146 Client Engagement Manager The Client Engagement Manager (CEM) is an integral part of the sales team, working with our largest customers and is responsible for the end-to-end success of Insight programs and leading weekly client interactions and engagements within Insight's Go To Market (GTM) Division. About the role As a Client Engagement Manager you will be leading onsite meetings with clients, partnering with the sales and operational teams on client concerns, recommending best practices, working closely with the clients to ensure they are satisfied with their Insight services, and acting as the focal person for escalation. This individualized touch reinforces the relationship and shows clients that they are valued beyond just transactional interactions. Their focus on the account wide end-to-end Insight experience vs. Single projects is what differentiates this role.
