As Head of Asset Class Services, you will play a pivotal role in connecting Capital Group's investment capabilities with evolving client needs across institutional and wealth channels. You will lead a team of Investment Directors and serve as a strategic partner to the Investment Group, helping shape and communicate our investment narratives, governance, and value proposition. This role requires a visionary leader with deep investment acumen, a client-first mindset, and the ability to simplify complex ideas into compelling, actionable insights. Key Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic connector betweenCapital Groups' investors and clients,serving as a key translatorof client needs and investment capabilities. Facilitate a healthy ecosystem of engagement to meet client needs, by co-leadinggovernanceand operatingforumsfocusedon investment capability evolutionand market volatility response, ensuring alignment with clientneedsand strategic priorities. Develop,refineand evolveCapital Group'sbroadinvestment narratives - includingour investment process (theCapital System)and risk/performance frameworks - tailored to institutional andwealthaudiences. Lead the creation of client-centric messaging that distills complex investment concepts across asset classes into clear, accessible language, and ensure these messages are effectively delivered to Capital Groups' salesforceand our clients. Drive cross-asset class integration in investment strategy and communication, ensuring consistency and relevance across the platform. Leverage deep understanding of institutional andwealthclients to inform product positioning, commercialization strategy, and client engagement. Champion innovation in investment storytelling and capability development, identifying opportunities to enhance Capital Group's value proposition. Build and lead a high-performing team of Investment Directors, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and strategic execution.

You have a Bachelor's degree; an advanced degree (MBA, CFA, or equivalent) is strongly preferred. You have a minimum of 12-15 years of experience in asset management, investment consulting, or related fields. You have a proventrack recordin investment services, product strategy, or client engagement across institutional and wealth channels. Investment Acumen

Southern California Base Salary Range: $295,000-$335,000
San Francisco Base Salary Range: $295,000-$335,000
New York Base Salary Range: $295,000-$335,000
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
