The Network Operations Planning (NOP) Air Traffic Management (ATM) Delivery Technology Consultant is on a team that supports the Air Traffic Control (ATC) group within the Network Operation Control (NOC). This person would be responsible for leading projects, driving strategy, and ultimately delivering new capabilities that provide value to ATC. This Consultant would manage projects from beginning to end, which would include presenting complex topics in front NOC and NOP Leadership, leading technical meetings with subject matter experts, and synthesizing that collaboration to our Technology partners. This role would also interact with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to modernize our systems in compliance with FAA's NextGen roadmap. We are looking for someone who is a Team player, organized collaborator as well as strategic thinker, and hungry to learn the operation (and a lot of acronyms) to drive the modernization of ATM at Southwest Airlines. Pay & Benefits: Competitive market salary from $116,350 per year to $129,300 per year* depending on qualifications and experience.
