The BNSF Tech Internship Program is designed for current college students eager to launch their careers in technology and innovation within the freight rail industry. This internship program offers a deep dive into BNSF Railway's operations, culture, and technology organization. Trainingwill start with a two-day in person orientation at our Corporate Headquarters in Fort Worth, Texas, offering a company overview and networking opportunities with leaders. This will be followed by support on ongoing projects and practical training with the department. After orientation, you will gain insights into the railroad industry, BNSF's strategic vision and how bnsf | tech is transforming the future of rail freight. During this time, tech interns will engage in hands-on coding challenges and collaborative problem solving.Employees are assigned to teams where they contribute to impactful projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, reliability and innovation across the BNSF network.Interns will gain formal training and hands-on experience in a fast-paced innovative environment while receiving support from managers and mentors along the way.
