The Clerk - Material Expediter position handles clerical tasks to support railroad operations. This is a full-time(40hrs/wk) position. This position is subject to overtime and alternate shifts that may include weeknights, weekends, and holidays. Shifts are governed by union agreement and subject to seniority. Travel is minimal. ADDITIONAL responsibilities include truck and equipment operation - operating company truck, trailer and tractor trailer and other material handling equipment. Also maintain accurate driver's daily log as required by Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
