Occupational Therapist Flex

Regions has a part time opening available in our inpatient rehab department. This position would work 24 hours per week, Monday, Thursday and Fridays.

This position will primarily serve adult patients on acute units of our Trauma Level 1 hospital. This position would train to cover in our ICU as well as our trauma and ortho units. There is also opportunity for training to cover to our 21-bed CARF accredited Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility. This position provides an opportunity to work with a wide range of diagnoses: stroke, brain injury, spinal cord, orthopedic, intensive medical and cardiac units, and observation units. We provide a thorough on-boarding process to all new hires and mentorship from experienced staff is available. Regions Rehabilitation offers in-services on a wide range of topics that can help grow your clinical experience.

Work Schedule:

Monday, Thursday Friday. Ability to pick up other weekdays as able. Works every other weekend for the first year, then after the first year would switch to every fourth weekend.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy

• Licensed in MN as an Occupational Therapist

• Registration with the Minnesota State Department of Health as an Occupational Therapist

• Current certification with the National Board of Certification for Occupational Therapy within 6 months

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in similar settings/diagnosis.

• Advanced certification and/or licensure to support position.
