• Analyze complex business loan requests and prepare thorough, objective credit presentations for our top-tier loan portfolio.
• Collaborate with Business Relationship Managers to gain key insights and support our members' financial success.
• Identify and escalate credit risks early, ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
• Mentor and coach junior analysts, helping elevate the entire team.
• Perform annual reviews, peer reviews, and complete financial spreads.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 4+ years of commercial loan credit analysis experience (or equivalent education/work mix).
• Strong understanding of financial statements and lending regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and intermediate Excel.
