• Provide accurate, prompt, and friendly service to our members-whether in person, by phone, or online.
• Engage in meaningful conversations, listen to members' needs, and recommend solutions that help them achieve their financial goals.
• Open new accounts and services, and refer members to teammates for specialized assistance.
• Become a trusted financial consultant, making decisions that improve members' financial well-being.
• Complete branch operations tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience (or higher education in finance, sales, or marketing).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to build rapport, communicate proactively, and project a positive image.
• Attention to detail and comfort with technology (Microsoft Office Suite).
• Willingness to work Saturday hours.
