Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer, where you'll play a key role in helping to create a secure environment at a prominent financial institution location. In this armed position, you will conduct regular patrols throughout the premises, remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and respond to situations with professionalism and composure. Pay Rate: $40.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the financial institution's premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to help to deter unauthorized access and identify any unusual activity.
• Maintain awareness of the unique security-related needs and protocols specific to financial institution locations.
• Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client site requirements.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders when required, following established protocols.
• Provide visible presence to help to deter criminal activity and support a secure atmosphere for employees and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an Armed Guard Card or License.
• Possess a Law Enforcement Officer License.
• Possess a valid firearms permit is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
