Summary of the Job: Provide general legal advice to employees and management representatives with respect to unsecured consumer lending, home improvement lending, buy now pay later lending products, and credit card partnership agreements. Ability to learn the assigned business unit's business/industry, policies and procedures is required. Knowledge of financial industry regulation is a plus, but not required. The primary emphasis for hiring will be on experience drafting and negotiating sophisticated contracts, such as mergers and acquisition transactions, business organizational documents (LLC operating agreements, stock restriction agreements, etc.) or qualified and non-qualified retirement plans. Work with other members of the Legal, Risk & Compliance group to ensure that information, knowledge and experience is shared for the benefit of the organization as a whole. A successful candidate will possess strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex legal principles into practical and effective business solutions. About This Role:

Compensation: Compensation range (base pay): $105,443.00-$179,253.00This role may have a specific starting pay within this range. Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
