Overview
Previous experience and/or certification in Epic Professional Billing or Epic Professional Claims is strongly preferred. Quarterly on call rotation required. The System Analyst, position supports and maintains an in-depth knowledge of software applications that impact Clinical, Revenue Cycle, Patient Access, Finance, Insurance and other business-related areas. This role provides analytical and application support in the areas of planning, design, implementation, optimization, and maintenance of Epic, vendor integration and ancillary systems. Responsibilities ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, Clinical or other related field preferred; an equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered. Prior certification in Epic application preferred. CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE Required to achieve assigned Computer Application certifications within 90 days of training and to maintain assigned certification while in this role. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Passing the WI Caregiver Background Check and/or IL Health Care Workers Background Check. Must be able to follow written/oral instructions.
