The Opportunity The HR Coordinator position will provide detailed, confidential, support to the Executive Director of the Human Resources team in order to ensure operations are running smoothly and efficiently at all times, with a particular focus on superior customer service and continuous improvement. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling meetings, performing a multitude of follow-up activities, gathering data from surveys and exit interviews and presenting to the Executive Director and/or team, tracking HR event attendance and success in order to make recommendations for changes, and participating in morale-building activities for the department and the entire University community. The HR Coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining project momentum for multiple projects simultaneously, scheduling travel, managing Executive Director's calendar, completing research projects and making recommendations based on findings, assisting with training and development activities/events, participating in new employee orientation and onboarding, coordinating completion and maintenance of position descriptions, and positively contributing to the overall reputation and success of a 30 person HR team with employees across the university. The HR Coordinator will work effectively and professionally with all levels of the institution at all three campuses worldwide while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
