Key Responsibilities
Include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies in collaboration with company leadership.
- Create digital marketing campaigns for sales and recruitment.
- Collaborate with the team to manage social media platforms and company website.
- Create and coordinate the production of marketing collateral and promotional materials.
- Conduct marketing research to identify high-potential market segments to facilitate growth and expand geographical project reach.
- Create marketing presentations for estimating and business development teams to pitch to clients.
- Design interactive company displays and schedule, coordinate and attend collegiate and/or trade school job fairs to enhance company presence for recruitment.
- Collaborate with company leadership to organize company events.
- Optimize software setup and databases (Procore, OpenAsset, FollowupCRM) for more efficient use.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a marketing concentration, Bachelor of Science (BS) in Marketing, or a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Marketing.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a civil/heavy construction company.
