The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team by executing a wide range of administrative and operational tasks. This position contributes to the success of recruitment efforts by assisting with coordinating interview logistics, maintaining recruitment systems, and managing special projects. The coordinator ensures a seamless experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders while upholding the organization's hiring standards and practices.

Job Responsibilities:

    Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and interview logistics for remote and out-of-town candidates
  • Support recruitment reporting and analytics to ensure data accuracy and continuity across the Talent Acquisition function
  • Enter new requisitions into the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) as submitted by hiring managers
  • Assist with candidate screening during high-volume periods to ensure timely evaluation and alignment with role requirements
  • Maintain and update job codes, offer letter templates, hiring manager data, and job descriptions within the ATS
  • Manage the Talent Acquisition inbox and serve as the primary point of contact for candidate and agency inquiries
  • Collaborate with the onboarding coordinator to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Organize virtual recruitment events and participate in career fairs
  • Execute ad hoc projects as assigned
  • Travel as required.
  • Other duties which may be assigned as needed.

Education/Experience:

  • Minimum of an Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience supporting a Talent Acquisition team

Specific Knowledge, Skills, License, Certifications:

  • Experience working within iClMS is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel)
  • Ability to comfortably and effectively communicate through multiple channels (phone, email, Teams)
  • Creative thinker with the ability to "connect the dots" and think outside of the box with minimal guidance
  • Skilled at managing shifting priorities
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
