Production Machine Operator

Pay & Schedule:

• $17-$18/hour
• Monday-Thursday | 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Safely operate machinery and handle fiberglass materials with precision
• Follow detailed instructions and maintain consistent production quality
• Conduct inspections and accurately document production and quality checks
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow
• Adhere to Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) standards and IATF 16949 requirements

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred, automotive production a plus
• Comfort working with metric measurements and interpreting production data
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
