Marketing Specialist

Direct Hire

Hybrid 3 days in office (Mon, Wed, +3rd Day) and 2 days work from home

We are looking for a detail-oriented, creative Marketing Specialist to join our client's team on a direct hire basis. Reporting to the Sr. Marketing Manager, this role will play an important part in developing and executing marketing strategies that promote our client's products and support their distributor network. From social media and website management to tradeshow planning, advertising programs, and agency collaboration, this position offers a wide variety of responsibilities and the opportunity to partner with internal teams and external experts.

Responsibilities:



  • Plan, coordinate, and implement special events, trade shows, and meetings: Travel will be required to tradeshows and large-scale sales meetings.
  • Support scheduling of photo and video shoots.
  • Collaborate with agency partners to develop campaigns, creative assets, and advertising initiatives.
  • Manage the distributor advertising CO-OP program, including claims review, reporting, and budget tracking.
  • Assist in creating PowerPoint Presentations used for sales meetings.
  • Website: Oversee updates and changes in WordPress using templates.
  • Work within SharePoint portal.
  • Track and analyze marketing metrics across digital platforms, newsletters, and social media.
  • Manage promotional item inventory and assist with sourcing for other departments.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Maintain organized marketing expense sheets and assist with annual budget preparation.
  • Provide general marketing support including reporting, surveys, and clerical tasks.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of marketing experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to create content used for emails, social media and client website.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with SharePoint, WordPress, Canva, and social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social).
  • Working knowledge of analytics and reporting.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience working with agencies or external vendors.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15%, including occasional international trips (Canada and Mexico).
  • SAP experience a plus.
