Join our dynamic team at Staffmark and our partnership with a leader in professional services across multiple industries. We are seeking a Payroll Support Administrator that will focus on garnishments and child support processing in the payroll department. The ideal candidate will have experience in Health and Safety; compliance audits, reporting, and safety compliance.

Pay: $21/hr.

Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:



  • Maintain secure employee files (physical/digital) and payroll-related documentation.
  • Process child support and garnishment cases, including setup, amendments, terminations, and responding to state inquiries.
  • Handle medical support orders, including insurance affordability determinations, notifications, and employee notices.
  • Perform manual calculations, issue payments, and prepare required supporting documents.
  • Generate, review, and manipulate payroll-related reports.




Qualifications:



  • Health and Safety experience; compliance audits, reporting, and safety compliance.
  • Mid-level proficiency in Excel is required.
  • Must be able to meet critical deadlines
