As a Security Professional - Commercial Building - Morning Shift in Cheyenne, WY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in supporting security-related efforts at a commercial real estate location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols, primarily in a vehicle, to help to deter incidents and maintain a secure environment for tenants, visitors, and staff. By remaining visible and approachable, you will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication, contributing to a positive experience for everyone on site. Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or unusual occurrences encountered during patrols.
• Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to support a secure environment for tenants and visitors.
• Document and communicate all security-related incidents and activities according to company and client protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience in primarily driving posts is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
