We're looking for a motivated and account-focused Diagnostics Solutions, Sales Associate to join our team at Qualigen Diagnostics, a division of Biosynex. This is an inside sales role primarily supporting the FastPack platform, a point-of-care immunoassay analyzer widely used in the Men's Health space for TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy) monitoring. The Diagnostics Solutions, Sales Associate will work out of our Carlsbad, CA, office and play a critical role in managing existing accounts, generating new leads, and supporting day-to-day commercial operations. The individual will report to and work closely with the National Sales Director, helping drive retention and growth across our U.S. customer base.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer & Clinical Expert Support:
Serve as a key commercial contact for existing FastPack customers-focusing on account nurturing, retention, and identifying opportunities for follow-up and growth, while coordinating with the customer service team for day-to-day support needs
Conduct outbound campaigns targeting Men's Health clinics to generate qualified leads and opportunities for the Sales Director
Develop sales and account management skills in the IVD space, supporting both strategic and tactical growth initiatives
Track outreach activities, customer interactions, and sales follow-ups using internal systems or shared tools
Assist in managing customer expectations related to backorders, shipping, and product availability
Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, demo requests, and general product support needs
Coordinate cross-functionally with customer service, marketing, and operations as needed
From time to time, support broader Biosynex commercial initiatives outside of the Qualigen business at the direction of the Head of Commercial
Ideal Candidate:
Background in account management or customer service, ideally within healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Strong communicator who is proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
Interested in building commercial experience in a dynamic diagnostics environment
Capable of working independently while collaborating closely with the commercial team
Comfortable managing outreach campaigns, lead follow-ups, and multi-channel communication
