Overview:

The Non-Invasive Manager is responsible for the day-to-day planning and implementation of cardiac rehab, Echo/Vascular/EKG services which includes inpatient and outpatient services. Participates in preparing and maintaining departmental budgets. Performs duties andresponsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Three years experience in cardiovascular rehabilitation/cardiology services with basic knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, risk factor modification strategies, counseling techniques, and uses of educational programs, and technologies as applied to cardiovascular rehabilitative services. Administrative experience. For Manager with RN credentials: Meets nursing hospital requirements for medication and math competency.
• Certifications: CPR certification
• Required Education: Bachelors degress in a health related field
• Preferred Education: Masters degree in Exercise Science or related field. RN degree or Cardiovascular/Vascular Technologist Preferred
• Preferred Certifications: ACLS
