We are seeking a Production Carpenter (Concrete Form Setter) for County Materials in Green Bay, WI. This position involves a series of tasks and demands pertaining to the manufacturing of concrete pipe box structures. Starting Wage: $23.00+/hour based on qualifications/skills. Job Duties: Build, form, and cast concrete structures according to product design instructions Perform a combination of the following duties: operating overhead cranes, placing mold sections and aluminum box forms, placing reinforcement according to design Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently as required Work Environment: Work in indoor conditions Work near moving machinery and equipment Work in a noisy environment Physical Requirements: Carrying / Lifting 10-40 pounds frequently Carrying / Lifting over 40 pounds occasionally Standing / Walking / Climbing Squatting / Crouching / Kneeling / Bending Pushing / Pulling / Reaching above shoulder Experience & Qualifications: Knowledge of commonly used industry concepts, practices, and procedures preferred Proficiency in using carpentry tools such as saws, hammers, drills, and measuring devices Ability to follow product design instructions and manufacturing specifications Heavy equipment operation experience required Tucker Truck experience a plus Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Safety-minded when performing tasks Ability and willingness to learn Experience as a Formwork Carpenter or similar role desired
