As an IT Resource Manager, you'll lead a team dedicated to aligning talent with business needs across our technology organization. You'll partner closely with Technical Product Owners to ensure the right people are in the right roles, driving innovation and efficiency across the enterprise. Key Accountabilities

  • Manage a team of IT professionals, maintaining a balanced, skilled, and efficient resource pool aligned to organizational goals.

  • Deploy resources strategically to ensure the right talent is matched to business priorities while meeting financial and staffing targets.

  • Develop and retain top talent through coaching, continuous feedback, goal setting, and career development opportunities.

  • Monitor utilization and performance metrics, reallocating resources as needed to maximize productivity and value delivery.

  • Partner with Technical Product Owners to strengthen collaboration, resolve conflicts, and drive performance excellence.

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to forecast, source, and hire high-quality IT talent, ensuring a healthy candidate pipeline.

  • Design and implement recruitment and professional development strategies in partnership with the Director of Technology Advancement & Outreach.

  • Promote a culture of accountability, ownership, and innovation across the IT organization.

Education & Experience

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 4+ years of experience in Business, IT, or Human Resources

  • 4+ years of leadership experience
