What you will do: .

You will report to the Americas Products Commercial Finance Director and be responsible for supporting the Commercial Sales organization for the BMS and HVAC/R lines of business.

How you will do it:

• Develop templates and reporting to assist in the development in the Annual Plan, Forecasts and in-month pulse checks for Secured Orders & Revenue and prepare presentations upward to Americas Products Leadership

• Create detailed revenue reporting from ERPs on Product Families and Channel Partner performance

• Ensure data integrity and consistency across financial systems and reporting tools.

• Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with variance analysis and commentary.

• Assist with Cost Center budgeting for Selling costs/investments

• Monitor and control Selling Cost for the product domains

• Perform various business case evaluations

• Perform special projects as deemed necessary

What we look for:

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably supporting Sales or Commercial functions.

• Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and CRM platforms (Salesforce) is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

This will be a hybrid position at our Glendale, WI office. We will consider remote internal candidates.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $81,800 - $102,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
